Bhindi Bhaji

Bhindi Bhaji (noun.) – Also called lady's finger, bamia, or gumbo, it is the okra used in Indian cooking where the green pods are eaten as vegetables. Okra belongs to the flowering plant in the mallow family. It has edible green seed pods which are widely used in the Indian subcontinent for preparation of many dishes.
