What is keema?
Keema is a Turkish word used for minced meat and there are many Indian dishes which are made with keema as the basic ingredient. To get the aromatic magic of flavours, in a mixer-jar, the chef combines boneless chicken pieces along with fresh coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, nuts, and salt and grinds it to get a smooth paste. The simplest form of chicken mince can be made with onion and tomato curry.

Chicken Keema served by Indian Restaurants belong to different classes where the Hyderabadi one and the balty chicken keema (made with potatoes) have a different combination of flavours.
