Aloo Baingan • Aloo baingan is a hearty vegetarian semi-dry vegetable recipe made with an equal proportion of Baingan ( Aubergine ) and Aloo ( potato ).

Palak Dal • Home-cooked dal palak recipe is often made into a thick, creamy, saucy green-lentil curry where the consistency can be adjusted to personal taste.
